Mrs. Mindy Morgan ~ Acting Principal

Mrs. Mindy Morgan - Assistant Principal
Mrs. Morgan became the Acting Principal at Country Isles after our previous Principal, Mrs Frost, was needed at another school. Mrs. Morgan has led our school as Assistant Principal for the past ten years, but has also played the important role of parent at our school. She has had one daughter graduate from Country Isles and has another daughter still here. In addition, her youngest child will be attending Country Isles soon.

Mrs. Morgan enjoyed being a teacher for 12 years before becoming an administrator. She got involved in education because she strongly believes that we are all life-long learners and she enjoys helping kids achieve their best.

Mrs. Morgan was born right here in Fort Lauderdale and graduated from the University of Alabama. When she is not busy running the school, she enjoys reading, exercising, and spending time with her family.

Mrs. Morgan loves Country Isles! She enjoys interacting with the students, parents, staff, and community, and works hard every day to make sure Country Isles continues to be the exceptional school that it has always been.

Mr. Randy Rollins ~ Acting Assistant Principal

Mr. Rollins

Mr. Rollins is also known as "Mr. Country Isles". That's because he has a tremendous sense of pride in our school and takes on many important roles.

Did you know that Mr. Rollins has been our art teacher since the school opened? That's right, Mr. Rollins has been here since the school opened its doors over 22 years ago and plans on being here for a long time to come!

Over the years, Mr. Rollins has been involved in every aspect of our school. If there is something going on at Country Isles you can bet it couldn't have been done without the helpful hand of Mr. Rollins.

Mr. Rollins has been the director of our aftercare program since its beginning and has created a program that is used as a model throughout many schools in Broward County. So it is only natural that when we needed an Assistant Principal we turned to "Mr. Country Isles" himself. Parents, students, and staff are proud to have Mr. Rollins here as Acting Assistant Principal.
